From Russia With Love (the PS2 GAME) – Rescored! – Part 1From Russia With Love (the PS2 GAME) – Rescored! – Part 1
I know I’m hardly talented at composition, but I still like to try my hand at it now at again. I never really liked the soundtrack for the From Russia With Love PS2 game so I decided to use that as a subject for my personal experimentation. Please don’t be too harsh, I know it’s all off-beat and out-of-time, but the music was recorded live as I crafted it on my own keyboard without the use of music software or MIDI.
But by all means tell me what you think. Constructive criticism greatly accepted. It’s hardly the John Barry or David Arnold kind of quality I know, but I did try to make it in the same Bondian style.

Airwolf: ‘PILOT’ (“The Movie” version): Moffett’s DeathAirwolf: ‘PILOT’ (“The Movie” version): Moffett’s Death
This “Movie” version of the Airwolf helicopter creator’s death is significantly longer than the CBS ‘PILOT’ episode cut, but the actual ending is extremely short compared to the latter television cut, as the entire deal scene between Hawke and Archangel has been omitted, along with the Hawke-Eagle Serenade ending and a short scene on-board the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier between it’s commander, Archangel and his assistant. In their place is a slightly longer desert mountain explosive death sequence for Moffett (featuring one un-used special-effects shot and four un-used head shot’s; 2 close-ups of Jan-Michael Vincent looking violent and vengeful, shot hand-held, a steady shot of him looking sad and sombre, another steady shot of him looking straight ahead at the multiple sand dune explosions, and a final steady shot of Ernest Borgnine emulating the same facial look), as Airwolf flies away into the sunset (an aerial shot taken from the 1st Season episode, ‘MAD OVER MIAMI’), with yet another piece of un-used material: one of Sylvester Levay’s most beautiful and powerful pieces; the orchestral version of Gabrielle’s Theme. The Closing Credits are also present here, with an extended synthesized track by Levay over-lapping the “BELISARIUS PRODUCTIONS” segment.

The game is far more difficult than the original Super Mario Bros. , due to a slightly modified game engine and more difficult level design. Unlike the original, Super Mario Bros. 2 does not have a two-player mode. Instead, the player chooses to play either as Mario or as Luigi in the single-player. Also unlike the original, Mario and Luigi differ in statistics.
2 does not have a two-player mode. Instead, the player chooses to play either as Mario or as Luigi in the single-player. Also unlike the original, Mario and Luigi differ in statistics. Luigi can jump higher and farther, but Mario is a more agile runner and has better traction (allowing him to stop moving more easily). The game’s storyline, on the other hand, remains virtually unchanged.
